We designed an intelligent routing experience that connects patients to the right care pathway at the right time. Working alongside Nurse Navigators, we streamlined complex journeys so users spend less time searching and more time receiving the care they need.
Through end-to-end clinic-flow audits, we found that waiting and phone-based coordination were creating friction. We redesigned scheduling and check-ins to be faster and more transparent for patients and staff. We also introduced direct online booking—enabling appointments in a few clicks with instant confirmations and timely reminders—to reduce phone tag and long hold times.
On the provider side, we focused on clarity and speed. We simplified workflows so doctors and nurses can manage consultations and records without cognitive overload—whether in person or virtually. To ease ER congestion, we designed guidance that routes patients to the right care setting, supported by real-time ER wait times and nearby alternatives.
